  • Enrollment Policies

    A student is considered enrolled in the entire session (Children's division) or year (Youth Program) unless we are notified otherwise.

    Children's Program Tuition Policy

    Duet, Preschool Dance, Creative Movement and Rhythm and Movement classes are 9-week sessions. Tuition is billed by the session. Tuition may be pro-rated if a student starts mid-session.

    Youth Program Tuition Policy

    Pre-Ballet and Level I-VI Ballet and Tap classes are a yearly enrollment, broken into 2 sessions of 18 weeks each. Tuition is billed in 9-week installments. Monthly installments may be made with an additional processing fee of $5 per month, with approval from the school and enrollment in AutoPay. Tuition may be pro-rated if a student starts mid-semester.

    Once classes have begun, tuition is not refundable. Students who miss class or withdraw before the end of the semester are still obligated for the full semester’s fees, whether they are paying on a semester basis or in monthly installments.

    Semester students are eligible for a pro-rated tuition refund only if they must withdraw from classes due to prolonged illness or severe injury, verified by a doctor’s certificate.

    Musical Theatre Program Policy

    Musical Theatre for Kids and the b Naturals Children's Choir are 9-week sessions. Tuition is billed by the session. Tuition may be pro-rated if a student starts mid-session.

    RTC Kids Camp (formerly Camp Broadway) refund policy: Up until June 1st, or 2 weeks before camp start date, full refund minus $50 deposit/administration fee. No refunds after June 1st.

    All Programs

    Annual Registration Fee: $15 per student

    Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.

    There are no credits and/or refunds for classes missed due to holidays, vacation or illness.

    Male Dancers

    Males receive unlimited classes when they enroll in and pay for a semester ballet class, for the first year of enrollment.

    Punch Cards

    Punch cards are available for Teen/Adult Program classes (ages 12+) and cannot be used for Children's or Youth Program classes. Punch cards are purchased in blocks of 4 classes and expire 3 months from the date of purchase. Punch cards can be purchased online through your DanceStudio-Pro account or at the front desk.

    Punch cards are non-transferrable.
