• Jedidiah Taylor

  • Jedidiah Taylor began his journey into dance in high school; where he performed with the marching band as a part of the color guard and later in with the school's intermediate dance ensemble. At MiraCosta College Jedidiah immersed himself in dance, performing with MCC's Dance Touring ensemble for seven consecutive semesters, and in nearly every dance concert at MiraCosta from 2012 through 2015. Jedidiah also trained and performed with San Diego Dance Theater, Mojalet Dance Collective and New West Ballet. While with MiraCosta's Dance Touring Ensemble, Jedidiah performed at the American College Dance Festival three years in a row, twice showcasing his own choreography. Jedidiah is a self proclaimed movement geek, and loves to share his passion through teaching as well as performance. His passion for movement has given him an expansive view of dance, having trained with a wide variety of dancers including former American Rhythm Finalist Marcus Johnson, and Batsheva dancers Bobby Jean Smith and Tom Winberger. Jedidiah Taylor has competed professionally in American Rhythm and holds a Full Bronze certification from Fred Astaire Franchised Studios.
